SUPPLY OF STAFF TO HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS

KD Healthcare are able to arrange staff cover to healthcare providers in the earliest possible time when required. We have experienced and reliable RGNs, RMNs, HCAs and Support Workers. We can arrange a quick response in times of intense pressure to meet required staffing levels in order to provide safe care. We can provide staff for block bookings as well as ad-hoc staff that can cover gaps on your rotas due to unplanned absences, holidays, maternity leave or filling in a position while recruiting new staff.

Our competent compliance team ensures that all our staff are appropriately trained and are up to date with training and compliance requirements. All our staff are carefully vetted to ensure they are fit and eligible to work in the UK and in the NHS.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS

All applicants are required to complete a registration form, submit a CV, provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. The applicant is also required to provide proof of up-to-date mandatory training or attend training, DBS, valid NMC registration for nurses, references and proof of indemnity cover (where appropriate).

Applicants will then be invited for a registration meeting with our recruitment team. Original essential documentation should be brought to the registration meeting.

We provide 24-7, 365 on-call support.
